About
Fields Brown is the current Executive Director at ALBION SC Boulder County & ALBION SC Colorado. He commands over 20 years of experience at the club, collegiate, and semi-professional levels. A USSF “A” Coaching License holder, Brown was the 2014 Tennessee State Soccer Association Competitive Coach of the Year and the 2019 United Soccer Coaches Regional Coach of the Year.
Most recently, Brown served as Club Director for Steamboat Soccer Club and an Elite Staff Coach with the Colorado Rapids. From 2017 to 2021, he held leadership roles at Boulder County United (formerly FC Boulder), including Director of Soccer, Director of Operations, and Director of Coaching.
Originally from North Carolina, Brown earned a History degree from UNC-Wilmington and a Master of Arts in Teaching at Wofford College, where he began his coaching career as an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach (2005–2009). He went on to work with Rockdale Youth Soccer Club in Atlanta, Georgia State University, and the Georgia Revolution (NPSL), leading the team to a 2011 Southeast Conference title.
Brown later served as Technical Director and Director of Coaching for Knoxville Football Club, guiding the ’99 Azzurri to the 2014 National President’s Cup Final. In Colorado, he has worked with Arsenal Colorado and contributed to the Olympic Development Program at state and regional levels.
